Nothing that I can think of? Billy and Zen come from fairly ordinary worlds, and death is pretty straightforward in Train's. Renton's gets a bit more complicated with the mindscrew, as the minds of certain people who die/disappear fuse with another entity, and even when said entity is destroyed, it still... exists? Again, kind of mind-screwy here, so I'm sorry for the vague explanation. |D; That could be chalked up to said entity being one giant source of mindscrew, though.
