2. Technically, Death is everywhere all the time. That is one of her abilities. Would it be alright with you if she knew things a normal person wouldn't be able to? Totally cool :)
3. Is there a different personification of Death in your character's canon? Uh, not sure. It could be possible, but it's mostly countries personified.
4. Strange things happen in the Sandman universe because of the Endless. Is there anything in your canon that you think Death may have had a hand, indirectly or not, in? Again not quite sure, since it's a spoof of history, so if she influenced something in history, we can work something out :> [ahhhh this is hard cos I don't know Sandman canon ;_;]
