[003] Video

[Dee has a look of quiet contemplation on her face as she turns on the Pokegear, but her trademark smile is back soon enough.]

Things have been a bit slow-going for me; turns out I twisted my ankle a bit last time. You know, I can't really say I like pain that much. Still, at least Ronmeer has been helping.

[The screen turns around, showing that she's sitting down against a tree. As it focuses on her ankle, a Magikarp just stares at the screen. Endlessly. Without blinking. Into your soul. Oh, and it's just kind of laying on her ankle.]

He makes a handy ice pack. Are all Magikarp supposed to be this cold?

[The screen turns away from the soul-staring devil fish (who may or may not be in a coma) and back to Dee.]

I think I'm getting close to the next town, so that's a plus! It'll be great to have a bed again. I wonder if this is what Heather was thinking about before?

((ooc: This is my excuse and I'm stickin' to it.))

Death, brining you insight into random and bizarre things.

[Do Magikarp have souls, or will their stares break reality? Again?]

Oh, oh, you'll have to tell me! We can trade Magikarp ideas.

Gotta love new perspectives. :D

[..........Wanna find out?]

You'd waste time on that?

[He'll be looking at her oddly now. Who the hell cared and is enthusiastic about Magikarp?]

[...A date must be set. Let's do this.]

Well, it's not like I'm in a hurry to do a lot else.

[She points the screen back at her Magikarp and, subsequently, her ankle.]

[Sounds good. 8)]

[He's kind of amused, she does have a point.]

Clumsy?

More like.... maybe a little bit reckless. Just a bit.

But I thought "Hey, if the Doctor can jump onto a Missingno and steal a part of it, so can I!"

So I did. I got a rib, if you were curious.

[He certainly didn't expect that answer.]

You can steal their bones?

[Now he's wondering if he missed out on something.]

[identity profile] oldestfriend.livejournal.com 2010-11-09 05:41 am (UTC)(link)
[She's surprising like that.]

If you can find them again. My friend, who helped, stole the skull!

But the thing grew replacements, so it's not like they're missing anything.

[Since this IS the Pokemon world...they should have a use, right?]

Can you do anything with them? Power up your Pokemon?

Missingno are really weird.

[identity profile] oldestfriend.livejournal.com 2010-11-09 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm sure you could do a lot of things with bones. It's just a matter of finding out what this world supports.

But a power up would be awfully handy! Would you want me to find out for you?
